4. Come and go through the keypad gate
The yard is gated and fenced, and the computerized keypad gate lets you in without hunting for anyone. Drive right up to your door to load and unload.

Where do I send my payment?
Send payments to Third Avenue Storage, P.O. Box 2407, Kalispell, MT 59903. The units themselves are at 1601 3rd Avenue East — We DO NOT receive mail at this address.
Can I pay automatically instead of mailing a cheque?
Yes. You can sign up for automatic bank payments using the payment link on our location page. It is a recurring bank payment setup, not a one-off card checkout. Call 406-890-1963 if you would rather be walked through it.
Where exactly is the facility?
On the south end of Kalispell at 1601 3rd Avenue East, just north of Western Building Center – South and behind the Outlaw Inn. Our units are right behind Western Building Center.
What can't I store in a unit?
Fuel CANNOT be stored in a self-storage facility. Any items with fuel tanks, such as cars and lawn mowers, must have their fuel tanks emptied before storage.
